e-Gift cards are non-identifying credit instruments that can be used by the customer to purchase any product, with the exception of other Gift cards (in boutique or digital). They can be used in Shantj-Om store and on shantj-om.com within the same country or in countries using the same currency as the issuing country. 

 

e-Gift cards can be purchased by contacting directly shantjom@gmail.com. They can be purchased with credit card or paypal.

 

e-Gift cards are available with different amounts chosen by the customer, from a minimum of 5 EUR to a maximum of 5,000 EUR.

In Italy, e-Gift cards can be used with a limit of 5,000 EUR per transaction.

e-Gift cards are valid for 120 months from the date of issue. 

 

Once e-Gift Cards have been purchased, it is not possible to request a return or exchange for cash. Once the e-Gift card expires, Shantj-Om will not refund any amount still available.

 

If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the e-Gift card, the difference remains at your disposal and can be used for future purchases before the card's expiration date. Or, you can obtain this information from our Customer Service.

 

If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the e-Gift card, the difference must be covered by a valid form of payment.

If you have requested a justified total or partial return of the products purchased on shantj-om.com via e-Gift card, you will receive another e-Gift Card of the value of the return to be used within 18 months on shantj-om.com.
Only original e-Gift cards will be accepted by Shantj-Om. To verify the authenticity or validity of your e-Gift card, contact our Customer Service or enter the e-Gift card code on the dedicated page.

 

Shantj-Om is not responsible if a e-Gift card is lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Shantj-Om is not required to verify that, at the time of use of the e-Gift card, the holder is the real beneficiary of the card.
