Shipping Policy
National Shipping in Italy takes 2-5 days - €6.99 (Orders up to €80)
EU Shipping takes 5-10 days - €6.99 (Orders up to €80)
International Shipping depends on the state.

We ship from within the EU and so, no customs charges will be applied. We aim to get all items purchased before their cut off time sent out the same working day, next day orders placed after this time may take an additional day to arrive. We do not process orders over the weekend, orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
*Please note: All delivery times are an estimate with the courier. Depending upon certain factors with their processes, this may slow or speed up the process and Shantj-Om cannot be held accountable

Return & Refund Policy
1. Repackage the item into the box and place into the outer packaging. Please include your completed return form, that you need to request to Shantj-Om assistance Team. 2. Take your parcel to any post office counter, make sure you keep hold of the receipt as your proof of postage. The cost of an international return is the customer's responsibility.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
